This site belongs to CHANGE, a team of students standing in the 2026 Edith Cowan University Guild election. You can read everything on it without signing in. This page explains what happens if you sign in to post or vote on the "What do you want to change?" ideas board.
What we collect
- From your Google or Microsoft account: your name and email address, which that provider shares when you choose to sign in. We don't receive your password, contacts or anything else.
- What you post: the ideas you add and which ideas you vote for.
What other people see
Only your name next to an idea you post, and the total number of votes on each idea. Your email address, your photo and who voted for what are never shown on the site.
How we use it
To run the ideas board: to stop duplicate votes, to limit posting to five ideas a day, and to take down posts that break the law or target individuals. The team reads the ideas to shape our platform. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to any mailing list.
Where it's stored
The board runs on Supabase, which stores the sign-in details, ideas and votes on our behalf. We keep them until the end of the 2026 Guild term, then delete them.
Your choices
You can take back any vote at any time. To have your ideas, votes and sign-in details deleted, message us on Instagram at @changeecu and we'll remove them.
